如何验证植物中的两个基因是否存在于一条生化通路之中？
不一定非要双突，过表达材料好像也可以，杂交后表型不叠加就是了。最好是表型相反的两个基因的材料杂交，还可以判断上下游关系，杂交材料表现出哪个基因材料的表型那个基因就是遗传下位。如下一篇文献结果：
